- Students from nonEnglish speaking countries should provide proof of English Proficiency; IELTS with an overall band of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each band, CELPIP with an overall band of 6 and none less than 6, or a minimum TOEFL score of 78 (CBT), with nothing less than 19 in each band.
